TIP FOR THE DAY-YOGA
You heard me right, YOGA. Think again. I used to laugh at yoga. Not any more, any one who is going to be divorced or is experiencing one as we speak. I highly recommend this one. This knocks out all stress factors and keeps you focused and level headed. I found Yoga not only relaxing, fun but very positive. Great for mediating as well. What a world of difference.
